My point is to allow yourself to make mistakes instead of paying attention to the things that went wrong. If it’s wrong, make corrections. If you’re doing it right, then that’s it – you’re doing it right.

The body also wants some mindful breathing to help it fuel the brain and muscles. The idea is simply to focus attention on your breathing— inhaling and exhaling properly.
Breathing is a powerful mindfulness practice that helps you to become aware of your thoughts and emotions. It lowers stress and stabilizes blood pressure. If you pour more oxygen into the body, you can stop stress or anxiety before they gain momentum.
Mindfulness Practices Being Grateful and Kind
Mindfulness helps you handle tough times with grace, acceptance, and loving-kindness. When your acts entail kindness, compassion, and genuine intentions, they cultivate unconditional friendliness.

Self-acceptance is accepting every part of yourself exactly as they are. Because you stop hiding, neglecting, or rejecting things you consider undesirable; your openness to improvement magnifies true abilities.
